A UK Automotive leader are expanding their Technology team due to further investment. Over the last two years they have seen the huge benefits of having an in house team work on their existing business systems and new products.

They are now hiring for a Technical Architect who has deep understanding of Azure and experience setting up an Azure environment.

The company are at the beginning of a five year Cloud transformation project as well has gearing up to start the build of a brand new eCommerce website. The plan is go completely serverless, so they need someone with the right experience and knowledge to play a key part in this huge project.

As the company are moving across to the cloud they are also shifting their tech stack with software development to use the latest tools meaning that the Technical Architect will be able to touch and feel new technology all of the time.

We are looking for a Technical Architect who is still hands on and familiar with using C#, MVC, JQuery, WebAPI, Entity Framework and SQL Server.

Moving forward in your role you should expect to gain experience with the following;

Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Bricks, Google Cognitive Services, Google Big Queries and Google Machine Learning/AI.

To be considered for the Technical Architect role you must have;

·Solid understanding of Azure

·Experience setting up an Azure environment

·Microservices in Azure

·Strong Architectural background

·Hands on development experience (C#, MVC, WebAPI, Entity, JQuery)

·eCommerce experience (beneficial)

The role is paying £75,000 with standard company benefits, on top of that you will be working for a multi award winning company who are shaking things up in the automotive sector and bringing something new to the market that has never been seen before.
